Obituary of Mary C Shaw

Mary C. Shaw (nee Chillari), age 92 died on June 7, 2015 at the Pitman Manor where she lived the last two years. Mary formerly lived in Glassboro most of her life. She worked as a Seamstress for many years at Nannettes and Glassboro Sportswear. Mary was a member of St. Bridget's Church, Glassboro and the Altar Rosary Society. She loved to cook and was known to make the best meatballs and gravy in the world!. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting and knitting. In 1946 she married the love of her life Harrison G. Shaw Sr. who predeceased her in 2010. She is survived by her children Harrison "Bud" Jr., Joseph (Donna), Michael, Anne (David) Freshcoln, brother Joseph Chillari, Antoinette Brown and Palmina Mould, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and daughter in law Karen Shaw, . She was also predeceased by her parents Andrea and Josephine Chillari, brothers John, Salvatore and Patrick and sister Josephine Brown. Friends may greet the family on Thursday 7-9pm and Friday 9:30-10:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be 11am on Friday in St. Bridget's Church, 125 Church St, Glassboro, NJ 08028. Contributions may be made to NJ United Methodist Homes, 535 N.
